One Tablet Per Child India (OTPCI)

One Tablet Per Child India (OTPCI) is a flagship initiative of Edufront Technologies Pvt. Ltd., conceptualized by Satish Jha, building upon India’s earlier One Laptop Per Child movement. It envisions creating the "Cellphone of Education" — ensuring every child has access to personalized, high-quality digital learning through a connected tablet.

The initiative combines low-cost hardware with Edufront’s AI-powered Digital Learning Ecosystem (DLE), transforming schools into connected, adaptive, and measurable learning environments.

About OTPCI

  • A national model for school digitization and inclusive education.
  • Bridges the gap between technology access and learning outcomes.
  • Integrates hardware, AI content, and analytics under one seamless ecosystem.
  • Implements Edufront’s DLE for continuous assessment and adaptive learning.

Vision

To make quality education as accessible and personalized as a cellphone — empowering every child, teacher, and school to participate in India’s 21st-century digital learning revolution.

Mission

To equip every student and teacher with an intelligent tablet connected to Edufront’s DLE — enabling interactive learning, real-time feedback, and personalized AI-based tutoring aligned with National Education Policy 2020 and Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG-4).
