Getting started

One Tablet Per Child Initiative (OTPCI) Transforming Learning. Empowering Every Child.

The One Tablet Per Child Initiative (OTPCI), envisioned and led by Satish Jha, aims to democratize access to quality education by ensuring that every student has a personal digital learning device. Rooted in the belief that education is the great equalizer, OTPCI integrates technology, pedagogy, and inclusion to bridge the digital divide across India’s government and low-income schools.

🌍 Our Vision

To create a world where every child, regardless of background, has access to personalized, technology-enabled learning that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and 21st-century skills.

📘 What We Do

Digital Access: Provide one tablet per child, preloaded with interactive content, STEM/AI modules, and local-language learning apps.

Teacher Empowerment: Train educators to use digital tools for personalized and experiential learning.

School Transformation: Establish Digital Learning Ecosystems (DLEs) integrating smart classrooms, learning management systems, and analytics.

Inclusive Development: Enable rural, tribal, and under-resourced schools to leapfrog into the digital age.

🚀 Key Programs

Pingal STEM & Robotics — Hands-on experiential learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Digital Learning Ecosystem (DLE) — A comprehensive school-level framework aligning with NEP 2020 and UN-SDG 4.
